This week will see the first ever ‘Meditate & Move’ class launch at theHUB. Ibiza, and we couldn’t be more excited to be welcoming Suzee Wood to share her knowledge on the subject and to encourage our community to incorporate its practice into their regular routines.
Meditation is like a daily detox for the mind; it brings clarity, focus, creativity and a whole multitude of other amazing benefits. Whatever you put into it – thoughts, affirmations, visualisations – act as it’s fuel. Using the right techniques will ensure that your mind functions more positively and your emotional and physical energy is at its optimum.
Join Suzee as she shares her ‘Meditate & Move’ concept to kick-start your day at theHUB. Ibiza, every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 8.30am – 9.30am. Enjoy a full body workout and just as importantly a full mind workout, which will help you get centred, clear, focused and energised for your day ahead. Rather than just a standard fitness or meditation session, with ‘Meditate & Move’ you are getting everything in one adapted class designed to stimulate your entire being.
A personal trainer with more than 10 years experience, Suzee has practised Reiki for 8 years and is also a qualified meditation teacher; “I believe we all have the power & ability inside of us to unlock the best part of ourselves. Sometimes we just need a little guidance and encouragement to integrate these principles into our lives & I’m here to help you do that.”

- 20min: Clearing, Balancing & Uplifting Meditation
- 15min: Yogic Stretching – Basic Postures
- 10-15min: Full Body HIIT Circuit (As Intense Or As High Impact As You Desire – Dependant On How Sweaty You Mind Getting!)
- 5min: Finishing Off With A Short Stretch & Guided Visualisation To Get You Excited & Your Vibrations Soaring For The Day Ahead
